These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 42vipph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 42vipph website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

42vipph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

42vipph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within one business day.

42vipph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 42vipph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Creating or operating more than one 42vipph account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 42vipph platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation

All content on the 42vipph platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements – is the exclusive property of 42vipph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 42vipph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 42vipph
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content
• Use any 42vipph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform

Any unauthorised use of 42vipph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 42vipph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 42vipph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

42vipph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 42vipph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

42vipph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in your account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach – such as voluntary closure or regulatory direction – any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may close your 42vipph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

42vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:
